To upload files, upload a database, or to connect the files with the database on the web, you need to have, or ask your provider for some information. This is what you need:

To upload files with an FTP-server

You need to have, or ask your provider for the host, your username and a password. For this site it looks like this:

  • FTP-Host: ftp.thedrupaltist.org
  • FTP-Username: thedrupaltist.org
  • FTP-Password: (invisible for obvious reason)

To upload the database

You need to have, or ask your provider for the location of their PhpMyAdmin-program, your username and password. For this site it looks like this:

To connect the files and the database

you need to have, or to ask your provider for the host, the name of the database, username and password. For this site it looks like this:

  • MYSQL-Host: thedrupaltist.org.mysql
  • MYSQL-Database: thedrupaltist_org
  • MYSQL-Username: thedrupaltist_org
  • MYSQL-Password: (invisible for obvious reason)
