Hardware and windows version requirements for WampServer and for Drupal would be helpful.

For WampServer (2.0), I mentioned it in the text (chapter: Installing Drupal locally with WampServer). But I'll put the version in the Table of contents also.

The version of Windows will be any version WampServer is capable of working with. I use Vista myself, but I couldn't find out if it works with XP or Windows 7. So, I leave it open for now.

Actually, this goes further. When talking about modules, and how to use them, I also should mention the version I'm talking about. So, I do that from now on.
